Our goal is to support healthy living for all people, especially older adults, promote health education, contribute to community well-being and improve quality of life.
We develop and provide community-sponsored Supportive Aging educational programs to older adults living in the community to increase life satisfaction, provide health education in a community setting, improve wellness and promote a positive involvement of the community in the lives of its older residents.
Whether you chose to sponsor a Supportive Aging Program as an individual business or as part of a group of businesses, this is a great way to spotlight your services/business while providing a valuable education for older adults in your community.

Supportive Aging Program Highlights:
Programs provided by licensed therapists with advanced practice knowledge and experience with older adults.
Flexible sessions: one-time session of either 4hrs or 6 hrs. OR extended over several weeks with 1 class per week.
Promotion of event by media, sponsoring community organization, healthcare providers.
Topics covered include but are not limited to:
Frailty risk factors
Importance of proper nutrition as people age
Building strong upper body for functional strength
Fall prevention education
Awareness of sustained activity to improve balance and endurance
Strategies to reduce depression and social isolation,
Recommendations for community resources to remain independent.
Educational program is provided at no cost to participants due to sponsorship from community organization.
